Terms of Service

1. Custom Manufacturing Orders

Spidex Industry operates as a custom apparel manufacturer. All production is initiated based on approved tech packs, fabric selection, size charts, and samples. Clients are responsible for verifying all design details before signing off for bulk production.

2. Payment Terms

Production begins after receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% advance bank wire or payment proof verification). The remaining balance must be paid before shipment is released. All invoices must be settled in USD or other agreed currency.

3. Turnaround Time & Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are based on current factory capacity and material availability. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, shipping delays caused by customs clearance, cargo carrier issues, or force majeure are beyond our control.

4. Rejection & Returns

Since products are fully custom-made to order, returns are not accepted. In the rare event of verified manufacturing defects exceeding standard tolerance levels, we will offer credit or replacement batches at our discretion.
